Option 1 

Individual   $55  (with 1 hr/massage $95)

Two adjustments per month.  1 Every two weeks.

Add Therapies for just $1/minute.

Option 2

Family (2 people)   $85 (add $35 for additional family members) ($40/1hr massage)

Two adjustments per month per family member. 1 Every two weeks.

Add Therapies for Just $1/minute.

Option 3

Chiro/Massage Therapy $125   (2 - 1hr/massages and 1 adjustment)

Two 60 min massages per month (1 every two weeks) and 1 adjustment.

Add Therapies for Just $1/minute.

Option 4

Massage Therapy $105  (2 - 1hr/massages)

Two 60 min massages per month (1 every two weeks)

How this works!!!

  • Minimum of (2-month sign-up)
  • At anytime (with notice given) membership can be put on hold to treat an injury through standard medical or personal insurance.
  • This is a wellness plan. Work comp and Auto cases are not wellness-they are injuries. As such, these must be billed to the proper insurance.
  • If you don’t use it you lose it.
  • 1 missed adjustment cannot be made up the following 2 weeks. No exceptions.
  • 1 missed massage cannot be made up the following 2 weeks. No exceptions.
  • Therapy in combo include (roller table + stim) , (Hot pack and stim) @ $1/min.

Before beginning any chiropractic treatment for the first time, a basic exam must be performed to determine if this care is correct for your case. This is billed at $45.

Payment Options

The monthly payment is made at the beginning of every month – with a Credit Card agreement on file.

Cancellation is possible, but standard rates will apply for any used services, $65 massages and $55 for adjustments.

Automatic renewal of your 2-month membership for an additional 2-months starts after the initial term.
